Meditative Pro-Active Life Drawing with Amy and Tony

6 pm I will ask all of you to do your inner Landscape doodle, drawing anything that just comes in an abstract fashion, using absolutely anything you like. At 6.25 pm when I'll open the waiting room door we'll look at each other's drawings.

6.30pm we'll enjoy 2 hours of guided life Drawing but listening to my own meditation compilation which is always a surprise.

Poses will go from Dynamic gesture very short poses to longer and longer and up to 25 mins at the end.

Those who can't make it to the class can still enjoy it from its recording, simply buy yourself a ticket.
